is hiring a Director of Construction Operations for one of our residential remodeling clients.

We're seeking an experienced residential construction leader to oversee multiple remodeling projects and Project Managers from pre-construction through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hold Project Managers accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and client communication.
• Oversee project profitability, subcontractors, vendors, and trade coordination.
• Resolve complex project issues and keep jobs moving.
• Improve systems, processes, accountability, and production operations as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction, remodeling, or custom home experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple Project Managers and concurrent projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, budgets, margins, change orders, and trade coordination.
• Proven leadership, problem solving, and client communication skills.
• Experience helping a growing construction company improve operations and scale is strongly preferred.
