Marketing Director

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Compensation: $15 USD per hour (Full-Time)

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Director who can take ownership of our entire marketing strategy and lead execution across multiple channels. This is a leadership position for someone who loves measuring results, improving systems, and growing a company.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You will own and improve our entire marketing department, including:

• Develop and execute our overall marketing strategy
• Manage and grow lead generation campaigns
• Increase qualified appointments and client acquisition
• Oversee email marketing campaigns and automation
• Improve website conversions and SEO
• Manage social media strategy and content calendar
• Grow our YouTube channel, podcast, and educational content
• Coordinate conference marketing before, during, and after events
• Build and manage affiliate and referral marketing programs
• Create and optimize landing pages
• Improve CRM and marketing automation workflows
• Analyze KPIs and make data-driven decisions
• Manage freelancers and outside vendors when needed
• Work closely with our sales and leadership teams
• Continuously test new AI marketing tools and automation

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have

• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing
• Experience managing marketing funnels
• Experience with CRM and automation platforms
• Email marketing expertise
• SEO and content marketing knowledge
• Strong copywriting skills
• Analytics and reporting experience
• Excellent project management skills
• Outstanding English communication skills
• Ability to lead projects without constant supervision
