In this important leadership role, you will ensure high-quality project delivery, effective resource management, and strong coordination between departments to complete exceptional residential remodeling projects on schedule and profitably. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Execution: Oversee day-to-day operational performance across multiple active residential remodeling projects, maintaining consistency, quality, and profitability.
• Scheduling & Resource Planning: Develop and maintain a reliable scheduling system, ensuring labor, materials, and subcontractor capacity are aligned with the sales pipeline and project commitments.
• Financial & Performance Management: Maintain profitability by managing project margins, labor productivity, material controls, and change order procedures. Establish KPIs to monitor operational performance.
• Quality & Client Experience: Maintain consistent quality control, improve the homeowner experience, and uphold high standards for safety, communication, and job site cleanliness.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop project managers and operations staff to achieve high-level performance. Build stronger subcontractor relationships through clear expectations and regular performance reviews.
• Systems & Continuous Improvement: Improve job tracking, documentation, communication, and overall operational efficiency as the company continues to grow.

What You Bring

• Experience: 15+ years of operations leadership experience, ideally within residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement. Experience in design/build operations is preferred.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-project operations and lead teams toward achieving company goals. Strong experience in scheduling, subcontractor management, and client service.
• Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of margins, labor productivity, job costing, and cost controls.
• Process-Driven: Ability to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), uphold standards, and improve operational throughput.
• Strong Communication: A clear communicator who can resolve conflict, align teams, and maintain high standards without unnecessary drama.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and job tracking systems, including Excel, CRM platforms, and project management tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 - $200,000 based on experience, plus performance bonuses.
