We are a software company that helps businesses manage operations, onboarding, and customer workflows. We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead a field sales team and drive market growth across California.

This role is ideal for a strong outside sales professional with leadership experience who leads from the front, coaches effectively, and drives performance within a defined territory.


This position combines hands-on market presence with leadership, accountability, and a strong focus on execution. You will work closely with construction and design professionals while driving territory performance, field activity, and overall sales momentum.


Your Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing the Los Angeles territory while leading a team of Field Sales Representatives across California. This role is a strong fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance personal sales contribution with coaching and team leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives to exceed sales targets
  • Drive team initiatives including training, onboarding, contests, and trade show participation
  • Coach and support field execution while maintaining accountability for results
  • Build and strengthen relationships with construction and design professionals
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top-performing sales talent
  • Adapt to feedback, shifting priorities, and a growth-stage environment
  • Travel locally up to 50% within the territory

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of outside (field) sales experience required
  • Prior field sales leadership experience required
  • Strong background in territory-based, in-person sales
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and coaching ability
  • Coachable, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • Highly organized with strong accountability and follow-through
  • Proven success in outside sales and account management

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 employment
  • Base Salary: $110,000-$140,000 annually
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000-$200,000 based on performance
