Salary: $42,000 - $56,000 per year

We are a growing windows and doors company focused on delivering high-quality products and service. We are hiring an HR Administrator to support our internal operations across HR, onboarding, and administrative functions.
Position Summary
The HR Administrator supports day-to-day human resources operations, including onboarding, benefits coordination, training administration, and record management. This is an internal role working with both employees and subcontractors to ensure accurate documentation and smooth processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding and Off-boarding
- Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities for employees and subcontractors
- Prepare system access, documentation, and onboarding materials before start dates
- Lead onboarding sessions, including policy review and required training assignments
- Maintain and organize digital personnel records
- Process off-boarding documentation and update internal systems
Benefits Administration
- Support administration of employee benefits, including health plans and RRSP programs
- Enroll new hires and manage updates such as changes, terminations, and reinstatements
- Provide employees with benefit information and documentation
Training Coordination
- Assign and track required training programs
- Maintain training records and completion status
- Assist with ongoing employee development initiatives
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate HR databases and records
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar updates in internal systems (e.g., Market Sharp)
- Support internal programs, including fleet administration
- Provide administrative assistance to accounting and operations teams as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or office support preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and software tools
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $42,000 - $56,000 annually (based on experience)
