If you're the kind of Project Manager who can run a high-end custom home like it's your own, protect the schedule, control the budget, keep clients confident, and keep trades aligned, this role will feel like home.
We are hiring a hands-on Project Manager to take the day-to-day load off ownership and lead ground-up luxury residential projects across Los Angeles (including areas like Pacific Palisades/Malibu and surrounding communities). As the Project Manager, you will own execution for active jobs, especially luxury, ground-up custom homes, from pre-construction handoff through closeout. You'll coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients, and you'll be expected to make solid decisions in the field and keep everything moving without constant oversight.
Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners/clients, set expectations, communicate proactively, and maintain trust
- Partner with superintendents to drive daily progress, solve problems quickly, and remove roadblocks
- Build and maintain project schedules; keep trades coordinated and accountable
- Manage subcontractor buyout, scopes, and procurement coordination
- Track budgets, commitments, invoices, and cost-to-complete; flag risks early
- Own change order documentation and client/subcontractor approvals
- Coordinate city inspections, required documentation, and project milestones
- Maintain high standards for quality control and jobsite professionalism
- Use (or help implement) Autodesk Construction Cloud tools for documentation, communication, and tracking
- Keep project documentation clean and audit-ready (RFIs, submittals, meeting notes, photos, logs)
Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Project Manager in ground-up residential construction (luxury/high-end strongly preferred)
- Ability to run multiple stakeholders confidently: clients, superintendents, subs, inspectors, and internal team
- Proven skill with schedules, budgets, change management, and subcontractor coordination
- Comfortable being on jobsites regularly and solving real-time construction issues
- Experience with project management software, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/Build), is a major plus
- High integrity, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between jobsites
- Team-oriented, no "private agendas," and genuinely collaborative, this is a small, family-style crew

- Employment Type: W-2 | Full-time | On-site (Los Angeles region)
- Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience
