This Role Is for You If You:
- Provide excellent customer service and relationship management
- Have strong attention to detail and follow a proven process
- Know how to manage time, tasks, and priorities effectively
- Are comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Are dependable, punctual, and committed to professionalism
- Are flexible with scheduling, including some weekends
- Enjoy working with customers in person, helping guide them through product options and project details

What You'll Do
- Meet with customers to understand project needs and guide them through window and door solutions
- Manage projects from initial consultation through installation completion
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system
- Coordinate scheduling, timelines, and communication between teams
- Ensure customers receive five-star service at every stage
- Resolve issues with professionalism, care, and problem-solving skills
- Travel to customer locations daily (up to 100% of work time)
Requirements
- Live in the greater Edmonton area or be willing to relocate
- Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer sales
- Strong customer service background
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
- Excellent interpersonal communication with a diplomatic, positive, and energetic attitude
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage changing priorities
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work
