General Superintendent (Construction)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Lead the field. Build the future.

If you take pride in driving projects that finish strong, on time, on budget, and built right, you'll thrive in this leadership role overseeing some of the most dynamic construction teams in the region.

We're a fast-growing, design-build construction firm headquartered in Arizona with work extending into California and Nevada. Our portfolio includes industrial, storage, restaurant, and commercial projects, with self-perform concrete capabilities and a strong reputation for quality, collaboration, and consistency. We operate with a modern, team-first culture that values integrity, accountability, and humor as much as craftsmanship. We've built a reputation for delivering with precision and for developing people who grow alongside the company's rapid expansion.

The General Superintendent plays a pivotal role in ensuring field excellence across multiple projects. This leader provides hands-on oversight, coaching, and coordination for superintendents and field staff, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and budgets are achieved consistently.
