As our Receptionist, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming first impression, managing calls and appointments, and supporting daily office operations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring both our clients and team members have a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks with accuracy
- Maintain accountability by adhering to company standards and procedures
- Provide general office support to colleagues and management
- Ensure daily operations are completed effectively and on time
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a professional approach
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Compensation
- Full-time, hourly position.
- Salary: $17 to $20 per hour, based on experience.
