We are seeking high-energy, motivated, and results-driven sales professionals who can confidently sell roofing and remodeling services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building customer relationships, providing solutions, and closing high-value deals.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners and business owners to assess their roofing and remodeling needs.
• Present and sell our services using industry-standard tools like Sumo Quote and Roof reports.
• Educate customers on the benefits of working with Peak Builders & Roofers.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to close deals efficiently.
• Utilize Leap CRM to manage leads, schedule appointments, and track sales activity.
• Attend weekly sales meetings for ongoing training and performance updates.
• Work closely with leadership to continuously improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 1 or more years of sales experience (roofing/construction sales preferred, but strong sales skills in any industry are valued)
• Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined. You take ownership of your success
• Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust quickly
• Reliable transportation (sales reps cover their own gas and vehicle expenses)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our proven sales process
• Experience with Leap CRM, Sumo Quote, or similar tools is a plus
