Sales Manager - In-Home Home Improvement Sales Location: Raleigh, NC. In-person position based in Raleigh, with local travel throughout the Raleigh sales territory.&nbsp; Lead an established sales team and help people do their best work.A family-owned Raleigh-area company specializing in replacement windows and doors is seeking a Sales Manager. You'll support a team of in-home Sales Consultants who help homeowners choose solutions for their homes. About the roleYou'll coach representatives, reinforce the sales process, and work with company leadership to improve team performance and the customer experience. Key responsibilities<ul><li>Coach Sales Consultants on consultations, presentations, and follow-up.</li><li>Help new representatives learn the products and sales process.</li><li>Review sales activity and results with team members.</li><li>Give clear, practical feedback to help representatives improve.</li><li>Support a professional, helpful experience for homeowners.</li><li>Work with leadership on sales goals and team needs.</li><li>Help maintain accurate customer and sales records.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve the team's sales process.</li></ul>Required Qualifications&nbsp;<ul><li>3 years or more in sales management, leading a team to goals set by the company.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience leading or coaching a sales team.</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.</li><li>Ability to give useful feedback and develop team members.</li><li>Commitment to a professional, customer-focused sales approach.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with in-home sales, windows and doors, or another home improvement product.</li></ul>Pay and benefits<ul><li>Full-time, W-2 employment</li><li>Base salary: $120,000 per year</li><li>Commission: Eligible for performance-based commission tied to company-established sales KPIs and performance metrics</li><li>Target total compensation: Approximately $350,000 annually when established performance targets are achieved.
