VP of Production Location: Gaithersburg, MD Built With Precision. Led With Discipline.A well-established residential general contractor, founded by a Marine Corps veteran, is looking for a VP of Production to lead and expand its construction operations. This company combines military-level structure with innovative project management systems to provide high-end residential construction services. They are committed to long-term growth and the disciplined execution of projects with a focus on transparency, professionalism, and client-first service. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee all production and project management operations.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, permit runners, and inspectors.</li><li>Hire and manage project managers.</li><li>Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships.</li><li>Oversee scheduling, budgets, inspections, and quality control.</li><li>Implement and refine SOPs for scalable growth.</li><li>Support strategic expansion into new markets.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>10 or more years of experience in residential construction leadership.</li><li>Experience with new construction, additions, kitchens, baths, and major renovations.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.</li><li>Strong communication and professionalism.</li><li>Existing subcontractor network preferred.</li><li>Experience building scalable operational systems.</li></ul>Pay &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Full-time, W-2 Employment.</li><li>Pay: $20 to $45 per hour (based on experience) during the 90-day probation.</li><li>Performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Hybrid work schedule.</li><li>Family-oriented culture.</li><li>End-of-year company recognition events.</li><li>Executive growth opportunities.</li></ul>Why This Company:Join a company that values integrity, excellence, and discipline.
