This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and taking ownership of both field and shop operations.<h2 style="margin: 0px; font-size: 1.5em; color: rgb(38, 38, 38);">What You'll Do</h2><h3>Installation &amp; Field Work</h3><ul><li>Install closets, kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, garage storage systems, and other organizational products.</li><li>Verify measurements, layouts, and make on-site adjustments when needed.</li><li>Troubleshoot installation challenges and complete punch list or warranty work.</li><li>Communicate professionally with teammates, clients, contractors, and other trades.</li><li>Document work progress with photos, checklists, or digital job notes.</li><li>Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.</li></ul><h3>Warehouse &amp; Shop Operations</h3><ul><li>Receive, check, and inventory materials, tools, and hardware.</li><li>Help keep the warehouse organized, safe, and clean.</li><li>Maintain and track tool inventory and ensure equipment is functional.</li><li>Prepare and stage materials for upcoming installations.</li><li>Safely load and unload vehicles for daily project needs.</li></ul><h3>Leadership &amp; Communication</h3><ul><li>Work with teammates, demonstrating strong craftsmanship and efficient workflow.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, project managers, or office staff to resolve field issues.</li><li>Suggest improvements to installation processes, shop workflows, and SOPs.</li><li>Use CRM or internal systems to update job notes and track project progress.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.</li><li>Ability to operate a pickup truck with a trailer safely.</li><li>2+ years of experience&nbsp;in cabinetry installation, closets, finish carpentry, or related construction work.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret project drawings, floor plans, and installation documents.</li></ul><h2 style="margin: 0px; font-size: 1.5em; color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Skills &amp; Abilities</h2><ul><li>Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, hardware systems, and installation techniques.</li><li>Independent worker with strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Professional and customer-service oriented.</li><li>Excellent time management and organization.</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and proactive.</li><li>Willingness to support both field and warehouse/shop operations.</li><li>Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.</li></ul><h2 style="margin: 0px; font-size: 1.5em; color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Physical Requirements</h2><ul><li>Work performed in both warehouse and on-site job locations.</li><li>Exposure to changing weather, construction environments, and varying temperatures.</li><li>Frequent lifting (up to 75 lbs), bending, standing, walking, and ladder work.</li><li>Ability to work in tight spaces or rugged/unfinished environments. </li></ul>

Cabinet Installer

Do you have at least 2 years of experience in cabinetry installation, closets, finish carpentry, or related construction work?

Do you have a valid driver’s license and are you comfortable operating a pickup truck with a trailer?

Are you physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on job sites that involve standing, bending, ladder work, and tight spaces?
