This role focuses on completing drywall repairs, paint touch-ups, and other service-related tasks in occupied homes while providing excellent customer service.</p><h2><br></h2><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li>Complete drywall repairs including nail pops, seams, corner beads, and similar patch work.</li><li>Perform paint touch-ups and surface corrections in customer homes.</li><li>Handle service tasks such as caulking, minor trim and door adjustments, and related repair work.</li><li>Support the production team with punch-out work in homes under construction when service workload allows.</li><li>Maintain professional communication with homeowners, contractors, and internal team members.</li><li>Travel independently to service appointments throughout the Western New York region.</li></ul><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of construction experience relevant to drywall, paint, trim, or residential service work.</li><li>At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.</li><li>Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organization skills.</li><li>Professional, patient, and courteous communication style.</li><li>Valid driver's license and dependable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).</li><li>Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including lifting, bending, and ladder use.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Additional residential construction or service experience.</li></ul><h2><strong>Schedule</strong></h2><ul><li>Full-time, 40 hours per week</li><li>Monday-Friday</li><li>Year-round employment</li></ul><h2><strong>Pay &amp; Benefits</strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Salary:</strong> $55,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience</li><li><strong>Bonus:</strong> Annual bonus eligibility</li><li><strong>Benefits:</strong> Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off</li></ul><h1><br></h1><h1><br></h1><h1><br></h1><h1><br></h1><p><br></p><p><br></p>
