This fully remote, flexible role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact in recruitment coordination and client onboarding.<h2> </h2>Website:<a href="https://contractorstaffingsource.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> https://contractorstaffingsource.com/</a> Key Responsibilities:<h4>Recruitment &amp; Candidate Engagement</h4><ul><li>Screen applicants using job-specific criteria and shortlist top candidates for interviews.</li><li>Conduct follow-ups and initial phone screenings for high-potential candidates (3 stars and above).</li><li>Draft and send weekly recruiting updates to Account Managers on hiring progress.</li><li>Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience through effective communication.</li></ul><h4>Recruitment Operations &amp; Administrative Support</h4><ul><li>Maintain accurate records in Google Suite, ATS platforms, and shared client databases.</li><li>Monitor applicant pipelines and ensure job openings receive high-quality candidates.</li><li>Manage follow-up communication, including rejection letters and applicant updates.</li><li>Collaborate with Account Managers to refine hiring strategies and improve processes.</li></ul>Key Qualifications:<ul><li>Highly detail-oriented You catch errors and inconsistencies before anyone else does!</li><li>Proficiency with ATS platforms (or ability to learn quickly).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills You'll interact with clients and candidates daily.</li><li>Strong time management &amp; multitasking skills You can juggle multiple projects effortlessly.</li><li>Tech-savvy Comfortable with Google Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration tools.</li><li>HR or recruitment experience preferred, but strong administrative experience will also be considered.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is a plus.</li></ul> Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work Remotely</li><li>Career Growth Work with top industry professionals and sharpen your HR/recruitment skills.</li><li>Full Time: 40 hours per week</li><li>Competitive Compensation $5.00-$6.50/hr + Upwork and transfer fees fully reimbursed.</li><li>Vacation time after 1 year of working with CSS</li></ul>Please submit your application in English.
