Website: <a href="https://contractorstaffingsource.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Contractor Staffing Source</a> <h2>Responsibilities:</h2>Pipeline Screening:<ul><li>Evaluate applicants' qualifications by analyzing resumes against client criteria and job requirements.</li><li>Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to update recruitment notes, sort applicants, and manage candidate statuses.</li></ul>Review &amp; Rate Resumes:<ul><li>Prioritize client needs based on the Account Manager's schedule.</li><li>Familiarize yourself with active job postings and their specific requirements.</li><li>Screen new applicants entering our system and assign a star rating based on their compatibility with the position and client needs.</li></ul>Send Assessments:<ul><li>For candidates with a 2-4 star rating, send out comprehensive assessments via the ATS to further evaluate their qualifications.</li><li>Select the appropriate assessment from a dropdown menu and send it via email to the applicant.</li></ul>Quick Assessment Review:<ul><li>Receive and analyze assessment results.</li><li>Follow Quick Assessment Review protocols and record findings while considering unique client criteria.</li><li>Update candidate statuses based on assessment outcomes and compile data for weekly updates.</li></ul><h2>Requirements:</h2><ul><li>Excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Must speak, read, write, and understand English well</li><li>Strong understanding of ATS(applicant tracking system) platforms.</li><li>Ability to evaluate resumes against specific job criteria.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Slack</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish a plus</li><li>Preferred: Past human resource experience and knowledge of the construction industry and its various positions.</li></ul> <h2>Compensation:</h2><ul><li>Fully remote position.</li><li>Job Type: Independent contractor. All payments will be paid through UpWork</li><li>Pay range: $4.00- $5.50 US dollars dependent upon experience. We will pay for all UpWork and transfer fees.</li><li>Full Time 40 hours a week.
